Root Infinix x657

Hi, I am looking for a way to root my infinix x657. It has a Mediatek chipset, unlocked bootloader and signed partitions(vbmeta-sign.img, boot-sign.img, recovery-sign.img etc). I am trying to enable USB OTG and from what I gather so far I need to root my device before I can do this. Please help.
