hello team is there any method to unlock nokia C1 plus ta1312 which i have failled to boot to recovery and no fastboot or adb am out of options as when i try recovery i get some script which show for about 3-4seconds cant read it clearly

What exactly do you mean by no adb?

No that text is a script which show device I. Fast boot for some micro seconds after which device reboots and adb was not enabled on the device

Did you enable USB debugging on the device before using adb?

No I didn't I but how ever the script shown is block set as fast boot device will reboot after 3secs I think my PC can't detect any new Nokia phone in fastboot not even in device manager

What type of lock is it?

It seems you'll need an ISP pinout in this case.
Just to be sure, what button combo are you holding to enter fastboot?
Another approach is to enter Diag mode (maybe using NCK box) then factory reset
