alcatel 9009b boot loop after flashing patched magisk file

I unlocked the bootloader using fastboot, this command; fastboot flashing unlock I had downloaded the phone's firmware and patched the boot.img using magisk I then flashed the boot with the magisk_patched_boot.img using fastboot;

fastboot flash boot magisk_patched.img

After flashing it, the phone has not been booting, it displays the message below:

Orange state- this device can't be trusted as it is unlocked. Reboot in 5 sec and reboot

then it goes off, and on again.... this has been repeating itself over and over

I was requesting if there is a way, I can bring back the phone and root it with no issues state- this device can't be trusted as it is unlocked. Reboot in 5 sec and reboot

Any idea on how to fix please?
things to note
1-no button combination lets me get into recovery or bootloader.The pc usb connects then disconnects...there is no chance for adb
2-the bootloader is unlocked
3-the usb debugging is enabled(i do this to all the phone i own i activate developer mode always.
4- the battery is not charging
5- this is a non removal battery.
phone model os alcatel9009g mt6739 but i used a boot.img from a mt6580 firmware which is also 9009g firmware.

I dont know what to do as this phone tablet is 2 weeks old.

flash full firmware using sp flashtool or
Flash back stock boot.img
Boot into recovery then select the option to reboot to bootloader, then you can flash the stock boot.img in fastboot

My dear u have to flash back stock boot from ur exact build number and ur phone will boot up .
And if u want root first flash the empty vbmeta before flashing ur patch boot

i cant use flash tool i even tried tthis

i cant boot into recovery no button thing work and adb dont work.

i cant flash nothing getting errors and also the bypass thing with python not working as you can see in the attachments
if i can find a way to make the connection then i will flash the stock boot.img but i cant connect as its bootlooping all the time

U can use fastboot to flash the vbmeta and also flash TWRP .
Boot directly to TWRP from dear u can flash ur stock boot into the boot partition.

Also make sure u install the ADB 15 second installer well and bootloader is working well

I dont understand, i got all adb stuff installed,the phone cant boot, its switching of and on and boot looping,Hoe cant i get into recovery,aslo i got not custom recovery cause this phone dont have a twrp for this model.
All i have now is this when the phone is connected via usb
