BRICKED X556 NOT DETECTED BY PC

Hello hovatek.I want to flash an infinix x556 that's stucked at logo-it boot loops.

The phone,however isn't detected on PC. The PC simply charges the phone.

I changed the phone's sub board(used new),changed cables,computers,yet the problem persists.

I tried hard reset through phone recovery mode. After the reset is done. Phone won't complete the "reboot now" process it still gets stalled at the infinix logo or XOS phase.

What's the way out please?

check your USB port (phone or pc), USB cable or Drivers installed on the PC ; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-440.html
you can use a different mtk phone to test driver, cable and pc port

Thanks X3non.I also think,one way to be sure PC port,drivers and cable are ok is to try on other mtk phones.

I flashed an x557 phone successfully with same PC and cable, 3days before the x556 issue came up. Don't you think that verifies the issue isn't from the PC?

Besides the phone doesn't reboot after hard reset via "recovery mode".How do I explain that?

that should be good enough but 3 day is enough time for anything to happen

you can manually select reboot

good indication that there's a problem with either the usb cable or usb port (phone or pc side)
