Hello everybody,

My English is very, very poor and I am sorry. I will try to explain my problem with screenshots to be precise, step by step.

So I bought a smartphone with the owner's invoice but the cell phone was locked with the FRP.

I wanted to flash to remove the FRP.

The VolcanoBox Inferno team file (MEMCARD with upgrade mode) "F23E_20_L1360.6.06.00.ZA00_FRP_Remove_VolcanoBox_Team" correctly flashed the smarphone but the protection was still present.

I followed "https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html" to flash the Stock ROM "MT6737M_EMMC_Hisense F23_7_0_alps-mp-n0_mp1-V1_0_2_hs6737m_65_n_P9(2018_07_26_11_53)" I made a mistake, i chose "Format All + Downloaded"...

The smartphone was formatted but there was a problem writing the eMMC "S_SECURITY_SECURE_USB_DL_IMAGE_SIGN_HEADER_NOT_FOUND (6045)"

The flash alone of "Preloader" is successful

I haven't a backup ...

My smartphone is a Hisense F23 / HS6737MT / CPU MT6737

Thanks for your help

have you tried the fixes @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html ?
you could also try using mtk bypass as @Abdulakeem14 suggested and see if it helps
lastly, you could also try flashing using mtk client too and see if it helps ; https://github.com/bkerler/mtkclient

Is it because of this that I cannot write on my smartphone?

thank you

check the firmware build prop ; see method 7 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html
check that it's for hisense f23 and chipset is mt6737
if yes, then try using mtkclient to flash the files. lets know if you're able to flash

Hello,

In the "Build_Prop" file, it is for Hisense F23 and for the MT6737.
The file corresponds with my smartphone.

Hello,

I have an error during the flash of "python mtk w boot boot.bin" as in the screenshot.

I noticed that in my device manager, the smartphone constantly disconnects and connects. Like on the video.

Thank you

Thank you

1. Try adding the --preloader flag
2. Is the boot image named boot.bin or its boot.img?
3. Did you run these commands in command prompt at the mtk client folder
Code:

python setup.py install
pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Hello,

Sorry for the delay, I had internet problems for a few days and switched to Linux because I had driver issues for MTK with Windows 11.

The problem was solved quickly with Linux.

To answer your questions:

1- I tried the command "python3 mtk w boot boot.bin --preloader=preloader_f23e_10.bin" but it was with Windows 11.

2- Yes, I tried with the .bin and .img extension

3- Yes, I made the orders in the MTKClient folder

My driver problem is solved. I can flash but an error appears. MTKClient does not detect a partition "boot", "recovery", ... when I flash with "python3 mtk w boot boot.bin --preloader=preloader_f23e_10.bin" or "python3 mtk w boot boot.bin" or "python3 mtk recovery recovery.bin "...

see attached files

Were the partitions deleted when I used "format all" with SP Tool Flash?

Thank you so much for helps
