I want to hard reset my infinix hot 9 but whenever I put it on factory mode and try wipe/delete data, instead of showing WIPING, the phone will just reboot. Please help on what to do

Try factory reset in recovery mode.

I tried that but doesn't work it keeps rebooting instead of showing

I tried sending you a video but it's not going through, that's the error message I'm receiving. Is there any other way I can send the video?

you can upload the video to google drive or mega.nz then post shareable link

U can consider using fastboot -w to format the device
That if ur bootloader is unlocked.
