I was using the system UI tuner from play store and changed some setting about number of columns in quick settings and now my phone is not responding it turns on but it wouldnt respond to my touches and the screen randomly turns on and off. Is there any way to fix this without flashing the firmware as i would prefer not losing my data
is there any way to revert the setting i messed with from recovery (I have twrp installed)

you should have made a backup first
it depends on what partition(s) the app tampers with, if system partition then you could try to flash back only system but if userdata partition then i'm afraid your data is as good as gone cause you'd need to factory reset to undo changes made
