Hello,
My device is SYMPHONY i72. This device runs on a Unisoc SC9832e processor. I flashed symphony i95 stock rom in this device with spd research tool for testing. It stucked in bootlogo for incompatibility. Then I flash back my i72 stock rom with the same tool. After I turn it on everything was fine except my touch not working properly. Top half part of my screen is somewhat ok but lower haft almost like unresponsive.like if I slide up it response slide down . I have TWRP custom recovery installed which is also facing this issue .I did a full twrp backup before flashing. I flashed it back and still no luck. I think my touch calibration or something like that messed up so maybe it's not a hardware issue.I have seen in other forums that If I kept a backup on good state with spd research tool and write it back in on the corrupt phone then my problem might solve. But unfortunately I havent kept any backup. So I'm in a big mess right now. I have to run my phone with mouse via otg. Please help me to solve this.
Thanks.

if you did a full twrp backup of all partitions on the phone and restoring it doesn't fix the issue then it's a hardware problem

As I just mentioned above that I got this problem just after flashing wrong firmware. My device was fully working before that So why my touch got corrupted just after flashing that. Also so many people faced exact same issue but no proper solution anywhere. My point is can a incompitable firmware burn something of a mainboard or touch? If so what part I have to change to fix the issue . Everyone facing same problem which is their touchscreen so their should be a specific hardware that is faulty. Please provide me with as much information as you can because I'm not sure what should I fix in my phone.

coincidence? eitherways, in the same post of yours above you mentioned you restored full twrp backup that's enough to fix any software issues cause by flashing firmware since it did not then it most likely is a hardware problem

very unlikely

most likely the screen needs to be replaced, take the device to a phone hardware technician for proper diagnosis
