Flashing an Unlocked Seccfg file

Hey there!

I'm thinking about flashing a Bootloader Unlocked phone's Seccfg file to another of the some model. Are the seccfg files created device specific?
Even if the phone model is exactly the same? Would it brick the phone? I gave information about why this phone's Bootloader cannot be unlocked by normal means on this topic: https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-40197.html

i believe it's device specific not model specific and chances are you'll brick if you flash from a different phone other than yours even if its the same model
