try unticking userdata then flash
if successful, boot to recovery mode and perform a factory reset then attempt to reboot to homescreen

I unticked and it flashes but phone bootloops. I did factory reset and cleared cache. Also the boot screen is black instead of white which is what stock rom has

check the post where you got this firmware from, there's two firmwares labelled as "stock"
flash both one after the other to verify which one of them works for your device
then you can download ckean or modified rom that matches the stock rom build
