Gionee S10L flashing issue (6GB RAM)

Unable to flash my Gionee S10L keep changing to USB Serial port and once it connected for the SP flashtool to begin for flashing, keep disconnecting within 2 seconds, all efforts made to flash it proved abortive I even follow tutorial that was posted on this website but still not working and I have installed all the necessary driver but non of them work, please can you help me fix this issue and before I normally flash phones this issue just pop up not long ago.

what's the error you get from sp flashtool?

ensure that you install mtk vcom preloader driver and try flashing (with & without) holding any volume button when connecting the phone to the PC

If it connect and disconnect at the same time,what u have to do is find a way to dismantle the battery and try to connect it to pc before u flash and look at device manager u will see the active vcom preloader.then u can carry out flashing without battery
