So, while trying to use Qfil tool from QOST tools I cannot get a CQN I flashed lineage OS in my moto g7 play it 1952-2 although the bootloader still reads the same details from the stock rom may that be the reason why I can't get the file? Also after trying and typing a couple of and commands my device only reboots from the fast boot menu but not directly since it only shows a N/A symbol but that's a different minor issue the main problem is I need to generate a QCN file cause I have issues with my imei number, the QCN ones I've gotten so far are either corrupted or just dummies since the status bar doesn't even begin to extract it on Qfil and the file it throws me is barely 16 kB or so any suggestions on my issues? Thank you

So I haven't been able to get a QCN file with qfil from QPST tools Im on lineage OS on my Moto G7 play and I need the file cause Im having imei issues and I need a back up, I haven't been able to go anywhere with hex editor and the so called qcn files the tool has generated have been around 10 kb so I highly doubt they are useful plus the status bar doesn't even start to extract it and it crashes Everytime I try to use Qfil, another issue is after I tried a couple of commands in adb my phone won't reboot/restart but from fastboot but not directly from the start option and that's a bit more time consuming so any suggestions regarding both issues I've got would be very appreciated, thanks in advance

is there an error message during the backup process? attach a screenshot
