Zte ba610t in meta mode

Hello guys
I have a Zte ba610t here that I just flashed. It powers on with a kind of baby head which just appears and disappears.
When I press power and down button it is said that I'm in meta mode. I'm getting trouble.
How to fix that issue please ?

hold the power button 15 - 30 secs to exit from meta mode
also if your device always powers to meta mode then check the hardware volume keys esp vol down and ensure that it isn't stuck

It happens after I downloaded from hovatek its firmware. It brings a head of baby

vol down + power button must lead to meta mode, why are you using the combo anyways?

factory reset the device in recovery mode then retry booting
