It is not possible to extract it with droid tools, do you have the scatter file for build 10.1.0.163 (C432E3R1P2)

or how can I extract it? thank you.

back up the firmware of your device, it will contain the scatter file you need see @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
