Is there a way that i can pull off an firmware from a device, just as it is, to install in other devices of the same model?

in some cases, yes
find out the chipset of the device in question, then use the search bar at the top of the forum
Search for "backup **device chipset**" e.g "backup qualcomm"

I did it, it worked with this tutorial https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-99.html with only one exception, after step 6 i coudn't jus execute the command "/data/local/romdump", i had to do a chmod before, like # chmod 04755 "/data/local/romdump" an then execute step 7 and it worked just fine! Thank you for the help!

Just for future research porpouse and to help other's with the same config as mine, the chipset model is a Amlogic Cortex A-53 from a TV Box!
