have tried to factory reset my htc G16 (Cha Cha) phone with power + volume down and volume up too but it does not work.how can i reset it with miracle box or gsm alladin please help as soon as possible.with buttons there is no help

boot into hboot menu; see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-555.html and select the factory reset option
