hi, i have a problem with this model. The problem seems to be drivers. An attempt was made to flash a custom ROM but only the Orange state logo appears, is there an "update.zip" to flash for official recovery? The phone does not go beyond the logo. Will it be necessary to install any additional software? I have also tried with the official Alcatel tool, but nothing.

what exactly did you flash; system.img?
see the post @ https://forum.xda-developers.com/t/alcat...d.3980987/ ; the OP made several backups for this device, you can either download the backup that matches your build then flash the partition you modified or flash the full backup (ensure to backup your device as it is now before flashing anything to it)
