I received OTA update notification for my infinix Note 7. Phones was rooted by patching boot.img with magisk and flashing patched boot.img and empty vbmeta.img. I took these steps to unroot before updating:
1. Uninstall magisk via magisk Manager
2. Re-lock bootloader
3. Used SPFT to flash stock boot.img and vbmeta.
4. Reboot.

Phones booted without error. I went further to successfully download The New updated. During installation, it's got stuck at 25% with error sign and rebooted. I have posted a screenshot I Saw on updated section.
I have formatted many times and redownload the update but same error still persist. What next should I do?

Yeah, I know it would fix it. But considering that the number of updates I have to do again before it gets the the current version. What if I backup my rom with miracle thunder and reflash with spft. Will it solve the issue?

probably not, you'll only end up as you were before the backup like backing up your problem then restoring it back
you should consider making backups right after the update (this way you have stock) not after the rom has been tampered with
anyways, closest firmware to your current X690B-H691DE-Q-GL-210127V326 @ https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=149...7586353423
