But I downloaded custom download agent and the phone connected very well but it seems that preloader is corrupted same with a file named super. And up til now the phone is not powering on at all

ensure that you're flashing firmware for either the same build number as your device or close build and also disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device after flashing to confirm that the device isn't stuck in flash mode

same with a file named super. And up til now the phone is not powering on at all

use SP flash tool, try flashing all files one after the other
alternatively, try flashing only super + all vbmetas together
