So I just got this new Gionee m7 power I tried to hard reset the device but after rebooting I got a message encryption unsuccessful so I did some research on so many forums some said use umt qc fire to reset device but I can't get the box/dongle so I downloaded different firmware for the device used qfil but I got. QSahara SEVER called like this

I tried different qfil versions but I keep getting the same error logs also it was in com port 9008 qdloader........ qpst configuration shows that device state is incomplete (the green bar is not full)
I don't know what to do it is said that Bootloader must be unlocked to by pass the qfil error Help I am stuck I can't unlock The Bootloader cause I can't go back and on OEM or even adb I am truly stuck
