Hi!
i saw your youtube channel so thought you oculd help me
I have problem with my smartphone.i flashed my phone with an incompatible twrp and now it is not turning on and also it shows red state on boot
and keeps rebooting automatically.I tried sp flash tool but it had so many errors then i tried to use the custom da file of my phone it is now on the process of red download bar but it gives error that says "status_error_unsupported_ctrl_code" what can i do to fix my phone at home as no service centers are open right now

my device: Infinix Hot 9 pro
My device model: X655F

Please download boot image with correct signature or disable verified boot.
Device will reboot in 5 seconds .....

what version of sp flash tool are you using?

one more thing that at boot my phone says

flashing stock firmware will fix red state
