Custom recovery don't work on this phone.
It doesn't work with custom recovery as long as the kernel continue to encrypt the phone. The answer is to decompile boot.img to get to the kernel and delete force encryption. The problem is, I don't know how to do this. Have tried lots of scripts and programs, but something I do goes wrong. Can you help me with this?
To create a new boot.img with force encryption disabled?

Explain what you mean by this exactly,
Your phone uses FBE so you need a TWRP v3.5 at least with working FBE decryption

I read on various forums that you have to remove the force encryption in the kernel.
If you don't, when rebooting the phone, the kernel will implement force encryption again.
I need a TWRP that can handle encryption, but don't know how to create one, and there is no existing recovery for this phone.
So my idea was to at least delete force encryption in the kernel, to get access to the system folders.
But as you stated, a recovery with working FBE encryption might be the best solution.
Can you please help me with any of this?.

MTK Auto TWRP porter doesn't work on this phone.

Re: Look out for the version with TWRP v3.5 support ?

What do you mean by that, will there be a new version? or it already exists?
The version that is out now doesn't work.

Yes : https://ibb.co/RBPN7vB
But I can not make any changes.
The phone is encrypted from Kernel every time the phone boots up.

you can try this and see if it works

unpack boot.img using android image kitchen (download from xda forum)
edit any fstab.mt**** file(s) within /ramdisk folder
look for the line for userdata mount point and remove from the eol ",fileencryption=aes-256-xts"
repack the boot.img

before flashing this modified boot.img, you should
unlock bootloader of the phone
flash empty vbmeta to disable dm_verity
flash the modified boot.img
then factory reset the device and confirm if the device can boot and encryption has been disabled

I've already tried it, unpacking the boot.img using android image kitchen.
But in ramdisk folder there are only empty folders, there are no files to edit.
That's why I needed your help, if you can unpack boot.img and see if you can get files you can edit.
If you get it files in the folders, I know it's something I'm doing wrong.
