I tried to root my phone so at first I made a backup of the firmware and i found two boot files (boot_a and boot_b) and after I got to know the current slot (b) i patched boot_b file and flashed it using cmd with this command line " fastboot flash boot_b boot.img " and after reboot the device the device stop at the word Infinix and does not work and if i flash the original boot file again the device it works normally again what is the problem here and how to fix it ?

try patching using magisk canary

seeing as both latest magisk app and canary version don't work for you, you can try
1. look for a twrp that can boot, you could try those from earlier android 9 version using "fastboot boot twrp.img" ; if it boots then try flashing magisk.zip from previous versions
2. look for a gsi rom with root

Did you disable dm-verity?
