Hello guys!!! I have an itel a16 plus which at first was lock on frp so i did the bypass and it was successful. I switch of the phone and 2 days later i put it back on and the phone got stuck at the hang logo.
So I decided to remove the battery and tried to switch it on. Since then the phone hasn't come on. The screen is black and the phone doesn't react.
I even used another charged battery to put it on but it won't come on. So i decided to flash the phone with roms i downloaded from your website. But the phone won't flash. It just give the spd error " write failed"

is the device detected in device manager?

If it starts flashing i guess it is detected. This is a screenshot of what i have while flashing. I just think it need to be flashed with de advance version of the firmware v38,v39 or v,40

Try using Factory Download tool instead. If it persists then use Research Download tool and untick NV items
