Reseachdownload strange error

when loading the pac file every is ok but when i try to flash after say 2 minutes when then i get this error
failed: received buffer is not in the format we want.I have never seen this error before.I am flashing a mobcel tango lite and i do have the correct pac files as i downloaded it from 2 different sites and the file size is exactly the same.WHen i use research tool and untick the 3 bottom lines the phone then flashes fine but when it come to flashing the system it takes long and it do complete with error.
Flash failed.This phone has no light and it dont go on at all and the battery does not show charge.
Its a dead phone a customer gave me,I dont understand if its dead then hoe come i can flash it and the pc reads its via the usb sound fine.Can someone help and explain which settings must i untick in research tool just to let the phone only flash the important stuff just to go on .THe phone did vibrate earlier on when i tried to turn it on.

what 3 bottom lines did you untick?
have you tried disconnecting / reconnecting the battery and the phone is still dead?
attach screenshots of the error messages you get at each time
BTW what's the phone model?

failed: received buffer is not in the format we want-what a strange error to display lol its as if the software is talking to me.I googled this error and it seems google could not find this exact error.The phone in question is a mobicell tango lite.Dead phone no light no screen nothing the only thing it can do is flash original factory .pac file.Update since my post the phone did flash properly but it kept doing it over and over for an hour.First it backup the software then it flashed then i hear the usb disconnect the flashing starts over again in a loop.I tried miracle box and it said my battery is to low.I did a voltage test with multimeter and the battery is 50percent.

I think this phone is no repairable cause something might be wrong on the board.THe fuse on the motherboard is ok.I dont know what else to do.I bot a mobicel v1 board here but i think it wont work cause the shape and structure is different.What can i do now.advice please

ensure to use the latest rd tool, also disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device then retry flashing again
attach a full screenshot of the error message
