you'll need to look for someone who has cm2 dongle
BTW is the phone totally bricked or are you able to boot this phone into recovery mode? or fastboot mode?

disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device then attempt to boot to recovery mode using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-2167.html and if successful, check if you have the option to reboot to bootloader

with fastboot displayed on the screen? if yes, then you'll need to identify boot and system.img to attempt flashing through fastboot
system.img should be easy enough to identify, most likely the largest file

(you might want to attempt flashing system.img using fastboot to confirm if the bootloader is unlocked, if bootloader is locked then no point proceeding to find out which file is boot.img)
for boot, check all files within the firmware using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-25484.html ; boot & recovery.img should give a result "Android, bootimg, ..."
boot will be the smaller of the two files

flash boot, system and recovery, then boot to recovery mode and perform a factory reset

Converting a ".pac.sc" file to a ".pac" file typically involves renaming the file extension. The ".pac.sc" and ".pac" file extensions are often used for different purposes, and changing the file extension doesn't necessarily convert the file's content. However, if you believe that the ".pac.sc" file should be a ".pac" file or that it's incorrectly named, you can try renaming it to ".pac" as follows:

1. **Navigate to the File Location**: Locate the ".pac.sc" file on your computer.

2. **Right-Click the File**: Right-click the ".pac.sc" file.

3. **Choose "Rename"**: Select the "Rename" option from the context menu.

4. **Change the Extension**: Change the ".sc" part of the file extension to ".pac." For example, if the file is named "example.pac.sc," rename it to "example.pac."

5. **Confirm the Change**: Press "Enter" or click outside the file name field to confirm the change.

Please be aware that simply changing the file extension does not guarantee that the file will function as expected if the format or content is not compatible with the ".pac" format you intend to use. If the ".pac.sc" file is a specific file format or used by a particular application, make sure you have the appropriate software or tools to work with it.

If you're experiencing issues or need to perform a more complex conversion, please provide additional context or details about the specific file and the conversion you're trying to achieve, and I'll do my best to assist you further.
