volume down button not working

hello i m to unlock oem from adb and reboot tablet but it won't start only restart and go to boot mode volum down not working to choose fastboot

You can usethe adb reboot bootloader command.

state the device model too
does vol down button work when the phone is booted to homescreen?
did you try vol up for navigation instead of vol down?
