are you sure you download the right preloader build for your device? if so then disconnect and re-connect the battery, then try to power on your phone.

what was wrong with your device before you flashed it?
do you remember the previous build number of the device?

Flash different build from the one you previously flashed. if it doesn't work then you can try another

disconnect / reconnect the battery of the device then confirm if it's still totally dead or not
if still totally dead then try preloader from other builds and do the battery test until you find a matching preloader that'll power on your device
