Thank you for the SPD tools in this link: https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-156...09124.html

However I got errors running SPD tools for all SPD tools with version R24.0.0003
I am using the version R23.0.0001 for now.

try copying it to somewhere on C: then run as Admin

have you tried extracting a clean copy to a different location?

Thank you for your suggestions. But still the same errors. I guess I might miss some .dll files but don't know where I could find these files.
