You need to flash back the stock boot.img
for your device

try flashing empty vbmeta ; download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32719.html using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-37957.html
if successful, let us know if your device is able to boot up properly

alternatively, if this happened as a result of flashing patched boot, you could flash back stock boot.img for your phone's exact build number as @Abdulakeem14 already suggested

Unlock ur bootloader and patch ur boot image .
I swear u will not have issues booting up
