How I can backup firmware from my keypad phone for next use.

Dear
I have a phone. But I could not find any firmware for my phone anywhere. So I want to collect rom file from my keypad phone. Have anyone? Who can help or suggest me to solve the problem.

what is the chipset of the device?
you can try connecting it to a PC when switched off and check what it gets detected as in device manager
