look for and try a different firmware

Please where can I get more firmware I think I have searched and downloaded so many can u suggest and is there any other flash tool I can use aside from smart watch my flash tool

you don't need different flash tool, you only need a different firmware. either search online or look for the exact same watch variant then backup it's firmware and restore to yours
