Hi, sorry for the late reply.

It will not boot. It only shows the logo then nothing happens then. Already did a factory reset using the volume down and power button but the problem is still recurring. So maybe the firmware is corrupted already.

before flashing any new firmware to your device, ensure that you make a full firmware backup. you can either use wwr mtk @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html OR miracle thunder 2.82 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
