it was gift from client , it was with broken lcd assembly. i inserted it new one and now have problem described in title.

I am applying info from screenshots.

check the sim card or try a different one, also check the sim card slot

From your Screenshot, you have unknown IMEI. That's probably the cause

Can I write this phone imei without service equipment ?

Can I recover the imei for skip new disassembly and glueing the lcd assembly again ?

No, you need a hardware box / dongle such as z3x
also need to ensure baseband isn't unknown before attempting imei repair
