My mobile is tecno c11 cf7 and i want to flash it then i downloaded firmware but it says me" select a vaild load"

pls help me i just attached 2 pic which is phone model and error on sp tool

The firmware you downloaded is not for your device as it is a clone with the chipset mt6570 the original uses mt6739,

you'd need to look for a working cf7 clone just like yours to backup firmware from
