So far I have tried Tecno Camon 12 CC7 (CC7-H626ABC-P-191216V230) used "After Sales" software but the software crashes and restarts with no action as soon as I connect the phone. The software loads and after a few minutes, it crashes.What's the phone previous build number
I also downloaded Tecno SPARK 4 KC8 (KC8-H6110LMN-P-191006V111) but that did not work. Chipset error.
The phone has no marking or any identification and it does not power up. When I connect to a charger or computer via USB it lights up at the top corner side and the connection tone on PC is heard.
Help. How do I flash this dead tecno? which firmware should I use? Thanks.
