I used qfil tool to backup Qualcomm firmware. The dump file doesn't contains any file extension. How do i access or open the dump file?

you can add extensions as you see fit or leave it as it, it really won't make any difference
what were you planning to use the backup for?

(07-01-2021, 06:11 AM)Akki_bt07 How to add file extension? ...

manually rename and add the extension you wish to add
e.g rename boot to boot.img but like i mentioned earlier it doesn't make any difference. if you were to unpack boot (without the extension) using android image kitchen, it'll unpack same way it would if boot had an extension
