Everytime I switch on my phone, all it shows it the logo screen, nothing else. I even tried loading it to boot loader but it didnt work. When I connect it to a laptop to flash with sp flashtool, it keeps saying either error 4010 or error 4008. And I've used the scatter file, the laptop and the sp flash tool to flash the same phone before. Tried another laptop but still the same error.
What to I do, I really need some documents on the phone

If you're trying to recover things then backing up should be what you're doing, not flashing.
What's the phone model?

The phone is a Tecno Spark K7. How do I do a backup when i cant get past the logo screen
