I rooted my TECNO Camon 15 Air today and checked for left storage space in system partition and it's 0MB left.

Is there any way to make/increase it at least upto 500Mb or above?

Where did you see this?
In all third party file Manager apps like MT Manager, Mixplorer.....

You'll usually see stats like this (low to zero free space). You could try uninstalling a few system apps. Be careful with that though as uninstalling the wrong app could result in
a brick
