Hello,

I had bought an Infinix X5515, and since I can use it because I try to make an upgrade to a new version of the os android and the install
have failed. Now I have no backup of the original version of this phone. The phone can start when I power on my phone only the logo of
Infinix is displayed for a moment and he reboots again. I try many tools and os android but nothing work.

So, somebody knew a process that will work for my issue?

I install Google USB Driver (https://developer.android.com/studio/run/win-usb) and Fash Tool from (https://flash.android.com/welcome).
But I have not the number of my device on the list of devices attached. See the file attach.

How are you? This is my Flash Tool and the configuration, but I have an error message
when I connect my smartphone Infinix Smart 2 X5515.
I use MT6572 Scatter File with the Flash Tool Version 5.

Did u download the firmware and extract it , because no partition location


And make sure u open the scatter txt and edit the partition u want to true and reload the scatter file and make sure u tick preloader.
