You first need to unbrick (fix bootloop) before talking about root and TWRP.
1. Is the device bricked or has been fixed?
2. Do you have the firmware for this model?
3. Is bootloader unlocked?

Hey,
Bootloop fixed after flashing stock recovery but now black screen when booting to recovery

Bootloader unlocked

Root done using magisk

Help me get out of recovery black screen

When i press vol up and power button
Iball logo appears and then a black screen and then device boots normally
I have already tried the philz recovery and no luck still
Also i have tried
Adb reboot recovery
And other apps which help booting in recovery

I have the stock rom downloaded

Clarify a few things
1. Are you saying the phone can boot to home screen and you have root access too
2. Is it stock recovery that gives you the black screen or any custom recovery you flash?

Both stock recovery and custom recoveries give me black screen

Yes, i can boot to home screen successfully
And can see the root access
I have also installed some magisk modules
Whenever i try to flash recovery there is a bootloop

Upload boot.img and recovery.img and post a link to them so I take a look.

I flashed the downloaded stock rom from https://firmwarefile.com/iball-slide-snap-4g2
And i flashed the magisk patched img file and philz recovery and twrp recovery which hovatek provides.. I mean the terminal one where you get a recovery in output folder

copy boot.img and rename to recovery.img then use this renamed recovery in our tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html to port TWRP.
Start from v1.4 down to v1.0
