it is as good as impossible that you'll get such a key released to you
if it were to be made public then anyone could easily search and find this

It would (technically) take a huge processing power and time to crack. What you could only hope for is either a leak or that they used the default keys

How does my phone verify the signed key at high speed? What does it do while it takes enormous amount of time and data to process and verify key?

You might want to read up cryptography and bit keys
