I would like to install Android 10 GSI on the phone, the original firmware in the phone is full of bugs, the main call is bad, I can't hear at all for others......Thank you in advance.

you could try porting twrp using the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html
BUT if your main aim is flashing GSI then you don't necessarily need twrp to achieve this, you can flash roms using fastboot

fastboot ...?, I only know this marginally. I can use SPFT and SPMDT on Mediatek processors. Can you please describe a brief procedure for doing so on this phone model?

install adb & fastboot @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-588.html
unlock bootloader @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19578.html
flash empty vbmeta to disable dm_verity @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-32719.html
flash the gsi rom using the command "fastboot flash system system.img"
perform a factory reset using the command "fastboot -w"
reboot using the command "fastboot reboot"
