Log on hang tablet

I have tablet iball slide snap 4g2
When start than stuck on starting logo on hang not starting so what can i do to solve this
I'll try to flash firewarm upgrade by sp flash tool bt error is download flash fail error 4008
Dll.log v5 nd dll.log create debug
Pls help

before you proceed with flashing this device, did you check the build number of the device before downloading the firmware?
if yes and the firmware matches the build number on the phone, then see https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-439.html

search online for the firmware of the model (can search using the build number)
and if you get a firmware but not sure of it's build number, you can check the build number of the firmware using method 7 @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html
