Hi! i want to create a modified Samsung firmware that can be flashed  through a custom recovery for my a10.
The problem is that i can't find the necessary tools for that as most kitchen programs doesn't support android 10.
would any Samsung developer be kind enough to provide me with the tools PLEASE! Thanks in advance.

Even if you did create a flashable zip, TWRP support on Android 10 is still limited, especially writes to the super partition
