when perform a readback in sp flash tool, ensure to manually load the custom DA for this model ; you can download @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23339.html

when sharing your backup, you can skip userdata and cache (containing your personal data) and nvram and nvdata (containing your imei and related device info, if you are not comfortable sharing this)
