Hello family, i have a problem with my Camon 15 pro Camera, i was trying to root with magisk using a boot image i got on havotek, i patched the boot image and then flashed it to the boot partition.
My phone run into a boot loop so i had to reflash the boot image but now the unpatched one and my phone was able to boot.
After the boot my camera can't work as it used to whenever I want to use the front camera, it doesn't pop up and when i switch to the rear camera the pop up camera pops up but i can only view through the rear camera, its like both the cameras are active but only viewing from the rear one..and also i can't use the flashlight,it doesn't turn on
So I went back to the link i had downloaded the boot image and downloaded the full firmware and flashed the phone but nothing changed
I need your help guys, if anyone knows how to fix this please help

sounds like you have a faulty hardware camera problem. have the device checked by an experienced hardware technician

sounds like you have a faulty hardware camera problem. have the device checked by an experienced hardware technician

Could it be it was triggered by me flashing the patched boot image

unlikely seeing as you flashed stock boot and problem persisted
you can download a 3rd party camera app to test

take the device to an experience hardware technician for proper checkup

Quick question. Was the boot.img (and firmware) you downloaded for the exact Build Number your phone was on before you tried rooting?
