I Can't Flash, Format Or Hardreset My Itel wx3p. Please Help!

The problem I'm having with my itel wx3p is that the said phone is on password believe to be 'PRIVACY.'

Have tried everything possible to make it work, but no way..

Have flash it using the latest firmware on PC, no way..

Have formatted it, done hardreset, no way..

In fact the phone is not responding to anything flashing or formatting..

While trying to hardreset it, it told me "continue with trust mode," how can i remove the trust mode?

How can i solve this problem?

Please, help me!

attach a full screenshot or picture of the lock screen
also attach a full screenshot of the error message you get i.e when you say "no way"
