my tecno w3 pocket press itself and boot to twrp menu and deleted phone data, so the phone got stuck at tecno logo.so i downloaded a stock backup from this site it i flash the phone with sp flash tools and i got an error in the 1st screenshot below so i have to download another stock backup and flash it wit miracle box and still no working, pls help.

is the device still able to power on?
do you remember the previous build number of the device?

yes the device have power on now. I don't know the build number.

the device powers on but is stuck at boot? if yes, then boot to recovery mode (vol up + power button) then perform a factory reset
