Hi,

today i thought to backup my stock rom using sp flash tool but during the read operation nothing was progressing so i unplug my phone during the read operation and since then it won't respond to power button. when i plug in the charger a white light lits up on top left corner. it is charging light i think. 

when i see device manager, it shows MediaTek Preloader USB VCOM but it won't let me flash anything. 

please help me.

The phone is just stuck in flashing/preloader mode, to fix it you’ll need to wait for the battery to drain or loosen the phone then disconnect/reconnect the phone’s battery.
